My journey began with over a decade of experience as a professional nanny, supporting families across a wide range of needs and dynamics. In regions where reliable nanny agencies were few and far between, I experienced firsthand the challenges of finding the right placements—and the ongoing effort to help others understand the true value of professional household staff.

With 14 years of hands-on childcare experience and a background in child psychology, I bring deep insight into child development and a keen understanding of what it takes to build lasting, supportive relationships between families and caregivers. I know the passion it takes to care for children and maintain a nurturing home—and I also know how disheartening it can be when the resources to connect with the right family or caregiver just aren’t there.

Heavenly Household Staffing was born from my belief that finding the right match shouldn’t be a struggle—it should feel like finding your village. My mission is to provide families and household staff with the guidance, support, and respect they deserve throughout the hiring process and beyond.
