We understand household employees work inside someone else’s home and that it is a unique work environment. AGENCY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

NANNY

- At least 21 years of age
- At least 3 years of professional childcare experience (daycare experience included)
- Have 3 excellent childcare references from past positions
- High School diploma
- Infant/child CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to be certified before beginning a new position
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have U.S. work authorization
- A genuine love for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SITTER & MOTHER’S HELPER

- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2 years of professional childcare experience (daycare experience included)
- Have 3 excellent childcare references from past positions
- High School diploma
- Infant/child CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to be certified before beginning a new position
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have U.S. work authorization
- A genuine love for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

HOUSEKEEPER

- At least 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience
- Have 2 excellent references from past positions
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have U.S. work authorization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

HOUSEHOLD MANAGER &
FAMILY ASSISTANT

- At least 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of professional household managing experience
- Have 2 excellent references from past positions
- High School diploma
- CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to be certified before beginning a new position
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have U.S. work authorization
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management

PET SITTER

- At least 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of professional pet care or animal handling experience
- Have 2 excellent references from past positions
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have U.S. work authorization
- Knowledge of basic pet first aid and emergency procedures
- Good communication skills with both pets and pet owners

TUTOR

- At least 21 years of age
- Have 2 excellent references from past positions
- Have U.S. work authorization
- Teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual learning styles
