FAMILY APPLICATION & CONSULTATION
Before we begin your customized search, we ask that you complete our family application. This helps us understand your household’s unique needs and preferences. Once submitted, you'll be invited to schedule a consultation so we can offer tailored guidance and answer any questions about our services.
CONFIRM OUR PARTNERSHIP & GET STARTED
Once we've determined we're a great fit to support your family, you'll sign our Agency-Client Agreement outlining our services, pricing, and process. A nonrefundable $300 registration fee is due at this stage, officially starting your candidate search.
REVIEW POTENTIAL CANDIDATES & INTERVIEW TOP PICKS
We’ll send you a selection of up to 5 thoroughly vetted candidates who match your needs. After choosing who you'd like to interview, we’ll assist with coordinating phone/virtual introductions followed by in-person meetings based on your availability.
FINALIZE YOUR HIRE & SIGN THE JOB AGREEMENT
Once you've selected the right fit, we’ll draft a personalized job agreement. After it's signed by both you and your chosen candidate, we’ll support contract negotiations and onboarding. The placement fee, based on your selected package, is due at this time.
