We offer a range of personalized household staffing solutions to meet your needs. To start your search, a registration fee of $300 is required.

Less than 20 hours/week

1-month guaranteed replacement period

20% of annual salary – $4,000 minimum

21+ hours/week

3-month guaranteed replacement period

15% of annual salary – $5,000 minimum

Choosing the Right Package
If your nanny will work 20 hours/week or less, you're eligible for our Limited Package.

For positions 21+ hours/week, choose from our Basic, Plus, or Premium Packages.

Family pays the employee

Payment Notice

If the client chooses to pay via credit or debit card instead of ACH transfer, an additional 3% processing fee will be applied to the total.

Hourly Pay Requirements

Agency fees are separate from the household employee’s hourly wage. Clients must pay the employee directly and offer a minimum of $20/hour.

Clients are also legally responsible for withholding appropriate state and federal taxes.

Average Nanny Rates

Current market rates in Central and Western NY range from $20–30+/hr, depending on experience, education, and responsibilities. Final pay is negotiated between the family and the employee.
